1st Post & Clear Skin !

Hey Guys It's Me , Diydan & Welcome To My Offical Blog ! I Wanted To Use This To Keep You Guys Posted
On All Of The Stuff Going On In My Life But To Also Share My Advice , Tips , & Tricks ! I Get Asked So Often About Topics, That I Figured This Would Be A Great Way To Reach Out To All Of You Guys ! 


With That A Question I Get Alot , Is HOW TO GET CLEAR SKIN !  Clear Skin Is Extremely Important Because Your Face Is One Of The First Things People Notice About You. Clear Skin Also Says Alot About How Well You Take Care Of Yourself. But Most Of All, Clear Skin Is Beautiful Skin & Gives Us Confidence !My Skin Hasn't Always Been So Clear , But Recently I've Discovered So Much & Here's How You Can Too, Get A Flawless Complexion !
1) Drink Lots Of Water ! This Is An Obvious - But A Must ! Aim For At Least 8 0z Glasses A Day - Of 4 Watter Bottles Full !
2) Get A Skin-Care Routine Down. Usually A Skin Care Routine Consist Of A Cleanser (Face Wash) , A Toner, & A Moisturizior.  A Toner Is Optional , But A Cleanser & Moisturizior's Are a Must ! You Want To Find Produts That Are Suitable For Your Skin Type, Either Oily , Dry, Or a Combination Of Both. If You Have Oily Skin, Use A Gel or Foam Cleanser , & A Light Moisturizor , If You Have Dry Skin Try To Find A Cream Cleanser, & A More Thick Moisturizor, For Combination Skin , Try A Cream Cleanser , & A Light Moisturizor. You Want To Cleanse & Moisturize At Least Two Times A Day , Once In The Morning & At Night . The Brand I Recommend Using Is Neutrogena - They Carry A GREAT Range Of Products ! (:
3) Exfoliate Your Skin At Least Once A Week - An Exfoliator Will Remove A Layer A Dead Skin , Realviling Soften , Healthier Skin . A Great Exfoliator Is St. Ives Aprocot Scrub (:
4) Drink Green Tea ! It's Good For Your Skin . (:
5) Got Dark Circles ? Use An Eye Cream With The Ingredient, Retinol !
6) SLEEP ! Yes, Beauty Sleep Is A Real Thing - At Least 8 hours ! Your Skin Needs Rest Too !
7) Change Your Pillow Cases Often , They Contain Dust & Bacteria !
8)  Avoid Touching Your Face, Think Of All The Germs On Your Hands ! - Eky . Use Some Sanitizer !
9) Excersise ! Yes - Working Out Can Relieve Stress That Can Cause Acne . Just Make Sure You Wash Your Face Afterwards !
10) Food Like Lemons, Tomatoes, Strawberries, Blue Berries Are Good For Your Skin ! Food High In Fact - Not So Much.
11) Dairy Products Aren't The Best For Your Skin.
12) Use A Face Mask Once A Week To Tighten , Firm , & Help Clear Skin. I Like Got2B Face Mask.
13) Extractions ! Extracting Is Basically Popping A Pimple Or Blemish. This CAN Be Done. So Long As It Is Done Correctly Using Washed Hands & By Making Sure When You Pop It, That It Bleeds Before You Stop. This Insures That All Of The Blemish Is Out Of Your Skin.
14) When Using Face Makeup - Make Sure You Use Makeup That Is Oil Free So It Won't Clog Your Pores ! Mineral & Natural Makeup Are The Best Options !
15) Go See A Dermatologist ! This Is Extremely Important With Cases Of Severe Or Even Just Mild Acne, Like Me. I Had To Try A TON of Dermatologist Recommendations & Perscriptions Before I Found Something That Works For Me ! I'm On A Drug Called Accutane , -It's A Very Serious & Strong Drug For The Skin , & Your Dermatologist / Doctor Can Tell You If Your Right For It Or Not.
Lastly , Just BELIEVE ! I Know It Sounds Corny , But Faith & Not Stressing Out So Much Can Go A Long Way . I Hope These Steps Help You Achieve Your Skin Goals !
